Yes. Every plan is genuinely uncapped — no data limits, no fair-use throttling, and no deliberate slowdown at peak hours. You get the speed you signed up for whether it's midday or midnight.
Plans run from Home Essential up to Signature Gigabyte at 1 Gbps — see the Packages page for current pricing. It's one flat monthly fee with installation and the router included, billed month to month with no lock-in contract.
Once your plan is confirmed we usually install within a few working days. A technician runs the connection into your home, mounts and configures the router, and checks your speed before leaving — normally a single visit of one to two hours.
The network is monitored around the clock and most issues are cleared remotely before you notice. If you still need help, raise a ticket from your dashboard or reach our Nigeria-based support team; where a site visit is needed we schedule it at no extra cost while your subscription is active.
